Does anyone keep their bikes outwith the garage ? I’m trying to free up some space to set up turbo etc…but there are too many bikes in the way - kids, wife and then there’s my 3…..has anyone built or bought a stand alone shed type unit in their back yard ?

Checkout Asgard bike sheds.
I have one in my garden. They are pricey but you do get what you pay for. They are built tough. A determined scrote will get in after a while, but it will need some serious tools, a whole lot of hard work whilst making a heck lot of noise in the process.

I bought the Asgard bike storage shed. It was extremely well thought out and being made of metal extremely secure. I erected it in one day and it stored all our cycles and garden tools. Expensive yes but it’s very secure and you could lock a motorcycle in it after a bit of two and frowing.
ps. When I got our garage sorted out I sold it, very easily, for about what I paid for it. They aren’t cheap.

I' ve got a 10 yrear old single ended Asgard one that is baseless. Can get condensation inside so have a desiccant dehumidifier in it with the road bike on one side of the dehumidifier facing the rear on a ramped platform over the outlet pipe and the ebike backed in on the other side.

I've got a Keter shed.
Big plastic panels that you put together yourself.
Good head height, so bikes are upright on floor stands.
Works well once you get used to stands
