Outlook 2016 Help

This has been driving me scatty. I use Office 365 including Outlook on several machines.

Earlier today we reinstalled on one machine and the view in Outlook has changed to something quite useful. When we receive and open an email all the emails from the same sender appear below. Really useful. I cannot find out how to enable this feature on other machines. All machines are running Windows 10 and all updates are installed.

A picture is worth a 1000 words. It's the list at the bottom I'm interested in.

You see the little ^ on the right hand side above the x. Press it to expand the view.

You can also change the layout in the view tab. They maybe a setting in the options bit where you turn on "conversations" but I can't remember if it is still there.
