Stupidly put myself in danger today.
in rush hour traffic too.

inevitably i got cut up by a driver who looked half my age.

wet roads left me sliding into the car in front of me that he cut me up to pass.

and i think i may have broken my thumb.

don’t i feel silly!

the driver of the car i hit was a real gent. stopped to see if i was ok and stayed with me a while.
he took some convicting that i was OK.

shame i didnt get that of the drivers around me when i was really hurt back in june!

I dont think OP feels it was his fault, just a bit silly he put himself in a situation he thought was dangerous. And I agree with you about the driver.....

if you hit the vehicle in front it's your fault I imagine, assuming that wasn't the one that cut someone up

didn't allow enough stopping distance for the wet road I imagine
