Page links on topic lines modified

I've got rid of the blue blocks around the page numbers and put them in a similar style to the previous site.

This should stop them steeling focus from the topic links, and lightend the topic listing pages.

(Note: You may need to force-refresh (CTRL+R in IE) to load the new template code and CSS file.)

Oh. I rather liked the big blue blocky numbers - they had rather more style than the weedy little numbers we're left with. Perhaps you could leave them up for those who don't think your expensive CycleChat style is too blue?
