Pairing Bkool Pro with Zwift

Hi, when i try to pair my Bkool Pro with Zwift it only recognises it as a power source and not a controllable trainer. Tried unpairing it etc but it can't get it to change. Is there a solution to this?

Is the bkool up to date? Are you trying to pair via IOS/bluetooth? This won't work

Thanks for the reply; yes its up to date, I'm pairing via a MacBook with ANT stick - could that work?

MacBook might be the issue. I'm sure that on my Windows PC it was just plug and play and off we went. Can you borrow a laptop off someone and see if you can get the BKool fired up on that so you know where the issue is?

Try disabling Bluetooth on the Mac.

In the Bkool software settings, is the trainer set to use ANT+ FE-C? It needs this for Zwift to recognize it properly
