Pannier rack for specialized expedition bike?

Hi, my wife has a specialized expedition bike which is great and very comfy.

One problem though is that her pannier rack won't fit to the seat post because of the suspension?

Does anyone have one of these bikes fitted with a rack and if so what make of rack are you using please?
