What a great looking bike! I hope you enjoy it.
I purchased a Dutch Gazelle about a year ago. 28” wheels, linked rod operated drum brakes, fully enclosed chain, 3 speed hub... a bit over 56 pounds on the shop scale ( damn near broke it )
The ride of these big lumps is fantastic. It sets the pace, you are just along for the ride to enjoy the scenery. I’d never be without one now.

Your bike looks fantastic, like you say, they roll really well over the lumps and bumps plus you seem to slow down and enjoy the ride more

Happy Christmas Roadster ! Eldest daughter asked what I wanted for my present so I gave her my little wish list from Pashley to upgrade the very bland badge for something more in keeping with the old bike. Also adding a bit of gold lettering to the chain guard

It’s certainly got some strength to it, I didn’t really want to take it out of its paper wrapper but I have been on the hunt for one since I got the bike running
