pawls - help please

can anyone point me in the right direction to buy pawls like these please? I can only find double ones, not triple ones (not sure my terminology is right) they’re from a haibike. many thanks

Maybe try the manufacturer of the component it comes out of and they might be able to point you in the right direction. Or try the bike shop where you purchased the bike from. Your normal everyday bike shop isn't likely to stock those things.

These are called a 3-pawl freehub body. You need to search for that exact part for your specific Haibike model and rear hub brand (like Shimano, Formula, etc.). A bike shop that sells Haibike is your best bet, or contact Haibike customer service directly with your bike's details.
