Peak District Punisher Route

would anybody like to do the peak district punisher one weekend or even during the week.

Are you thinking of the 77 or 100 mile route? I might do it but would need to start on the Macclesfield side of the route. I could probably rope a couple of others in as well.

I think I could manage the standard 77mi route but the full 100mi will require too much vertical gain for these ageing legs. If the standard 77mi route is a doddle for you then count me out; I do not mind being lanterne rouge but not by a country mile - that is boring for all concerned. A start close to a BR station would be appreciated.
