My grandpa loved a good saying (most about women) and used to always tell my brother and I... the few I can remember were;

1. Never chase women or buses, you always get left behind

2. If she lets you, she will let someone else

and as a response to a boys "if only" or "what if" rantings he would say

3. IF Grandma had balls she'd be Grandpa!

Have you any sayings or pieces of advice you have been told that has stuck with you?

My nan, after noticing a strong aroma from somewhere, sniffed the air and pronounced:

'' Smells like someones minge is on fire''

My mum was not best pleased seeing as I was only about 10 and was by now rolling about on the floor laughing.

The wealth required by nature is limited and is easy to procure; but the wealth required by vain ideals extends to infinity.

There are two things in life, one is Morris Dancing and the other is buggery.

Isn't that a misquote of George Bernard Shaw's remark that one should try everything in life except incest and folk dancing?
