guys i need to buy a new chain whip, and thought would it be better to invest in a Pedro vice whip, have seen them online for about £38,probably a bit dearer than chain whips, but was wondering is it money spent more wisely,as the tool gets really good reviews.Any help from anyone who has used this new tool is highly appreciated

I've got one and would highly recommend it. It's very sturdy and simple to use, and it creates a good connection to the rear sprockets allowing the cassette to be removed easily without slippage. I've always hated chain whips, so the price was not a problem. The version I have has capacity for 11T and 12T sprockets.

If you have any specific questions, let me know.

You can get a perfectly good chain whip for £9/10 from wiggle. Personally, I wouldn't be using a chain whip often enough to justify the expense to myself. That said, it's not me that's using or buying it!
