We booked & paid for this apartment nr the centre of Ambleside for 1 weeks holiday but had to cancel due to a family issue. Quite frankly we need the money back and if it doesnt let then we lose everything. Please share far & wide. It has its own parking and space for bikes and right in Ambleside.
