Car drivers wo stop at a roundabout when there is no other car driver for miles.
Car drivers who leave their fog lights on.
Car drivers stopped at traffic light who leave thier foot on brakes, thus burning the retiners out of driver behind with thier brake lights,
All of these.
Many drivers seem to lose any conception of how to deal with a roundabout when I arrive at the line in my vehicle. Its great. I just sit and wait. The look of panic is brilliant!
As for the other two... Read Roadcraft... And your Highway Code... Pretty sure rule 133 governs the use of your fog lights

Add to this, people who indicate when they are in a dedicated left/right turn lane. I refer you again, to Roadcraft....
