Phrases I`m getting increasingly sick of hearing

All modern day b*ll*cks too, they are getting old very quickly for me. I`ll start with a few.......

"I`m not even joking"
"Please drink responsibly"
"Don`t try this at home guys"
"I`m not being funny but........"
"ATOL protected"
"20 minutes (or whatever time) later............" In some bloody stupid voice on every Youtube video I watch

Why do so many of my younger work colleagues seem to have to add "literally" to every single thing they say?

"I literally haven't had my lunch yet."
"It literally cost me a tenner."
"I was literally driving down the dual carriageway and this Ford literally overtook me.." well if it didn't overtake you what else did it do?

sorry but I try not to get annoyed by things people say.

Someone I work with starts practically every sentence with "I mean..."
I could understand it, if I was asking him to clarify his phrasing

"Proper" is another...……. eg; "it was proper raining"


Plus, suffixing, with "Me"....
Eg; "I'm having Pizza tonight, me"
