thanks I'll give it a try. I couldn't see how you could retain your original files. Just highlight all the pics to convert, put in the pixel size required (80 for thumbnails) and click OK. I just did a bunch of 13Mb files as a test, it was pretty quick, faster than my ACDSee software I normally use.
Danny said:As a workaround you could try using the email option within Picasa. It will allow you to resize a group of photos so that you can attach them to an email - once attached to the email you could save the resized photos.
