The weather is supposed to be nice so hopefully get a little pootle ride in, amougst gardening, stuffing my face and having copious amounts to drink. Oh, and watching Worzel Gummidge ;)

<repeat episode>
I'm going to try and fit my M+ tyres to some new wheels and change the cassette and chain and fit some Koolstop dual compound brake pads and retape the bars and polish my Veneto commuter.
<end of repeat>
Deffo see the start of the Italy v France international - for the anthems (I'll repeat this ad nauseam too...)
Garden time would be nice. Bit of diy, try and clean my other bike as it is covered in candyfloss from the Brighton run, win the lottery (Friday & Saturday), clean my van, read the new Harlen Coben paperback which has been pleading with me for two weeks...;)

I'm meeting colly and Calum (and anybody else who turns up unannounced) at Leeds railway station at 10:55 on Sunday for colly's lower Wharfedale ride.

I've only ridden a small part of the route before (near Ilkley) so I'm looking forward to it. I think we're going pretty close to 'Emmerdale' so I'll take some photos for my elderly mum who is a fan of the soap.

Band practice tomorrow, then I'm not sure what's happening on Sunday. Might put my fixie together, or I might allow myself to be dragged out for a bike ride.

Did that yesterday and they weren't bad to get on at all. We used fairy liquid around the edges and warmed them in the airing cupboard for two hours beforehand. I've just spent the last hour trying to get the buckle out of one side (mostly successfully) and rejigging my mudguards which can be lowered now I'm not running the big apples. I'm off on a ride now of about 15 miles to see how I like the M+ tyres; on my mini round-the-block ride earlier they didn't seem much smaller than the Big Apples!

How could we forget? ;) *Momentarily considers Scottish win at HQ and shudders*

I've got to fit a new stem and pedals to my road bike and take junior to a football tournament. Then major basketball action with senior. More gardening....zzzzzzzzzz.
