Hi Guys

Complete newb here so forgive me if this is the most basic question ever. I have these measurements when it comes to a bike frame, can someone explain them to me.

here are the measurements that i have no idea about:

Material:Alloy 6061#
T/T:34.9*1.5/0.9/1.3t
D/T:48*1.8/1.0/1.2t
S/T:34.9*1.6/1.2/1.6t

DCLane

Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
The 34.9 refers to the diameter of the tube. I think? As 34.9" would be massive and 34.9cm far too short. The other bits may refer to different sizing, hence the multiplier.

What bike's it for?

T/T - top tube
D/T - down tube (the tube from the handlebars to the crank)
S/T - seat tube

Double butted tubing [Edit: and a very (child's?) small frame and the OD of each tube as @DCLane suggested] , would be my best new guess. 34.9mm is a standard seat tube outside diameter (OD).
Why not share the link where you found these data?

Front triangle tube diameters in mm and the wall thicknesses - which has thicker sections (butted) for extra strength at the tube junctions. Or, depending on how you look at it, thinned in the middle for weight saving.

6061 is an aluminium alloy. Which must be heat treated after welding. T6 is the name of the heat treating process.
