Probably getting on for 24 hours I expect so get there at around 6am on day 2. The prologue starts at 6am I think. Although said slightly tongue in cheek to be honest, my plan is to cycle and continue cycling until I really need to sleep so I do think it will be around Brampton.
I am seriously tempted myself by this, been mulling it over for the last month or so. My family will think i've gone bonkers but I'm really drawn to having a go. I'm just not sure if my body can do what the mind is trying to tell me it can!
On the plus side I'm sure this would mean i'd need another new bike - a touring bike maybe....

I have a strange, uncontrollable, urge to give this a crack. Dunno why as I've never done over 80 miles before, but just the idea of the challenge really appeals to me.
