Can anyone help? have recently bought a polar cs500 heart rate and speed monitor. I'm trying to find out how to change the settings from Kilometers per hour to miles. Have searched net for answers and the instructions don't seem to cover it. i know you can do it on other cycle computers as i have simply done it in the past.
