I also like Collinite 476 for waxing paint that is in good condition. I find it does about 6 months before needing re-applying.

The use of polish is unnecessary and completely pointless. Use the time you would have spent polishing the frame and do something more productive with it, like learning a foreign language or charity work.

The use of Mr Sheen is completely necessary and far from pointless. Gleaming frame and forks, just how it is supposed to be.
