Cassette and chain look worn. Probably just cleaned well before photos.

Unlikely robbed as it's got all the manuals etc with it. That makes me lean towards the seller just flipping bikes as a side job.

No denying, it looks suspicious to me. Seller doesn't seem an enthusiast, very factual...phone number violation apparently, no courier, possibly doesnt want a connection to home address?
Doesnt look right to me, but accept I may be wrong.
