Earlier, the police were called to Blackpool beach after an unidentified creature was reportedly stuck on it.
After a quick investigation, they found out that it was merely Stephec, lying on his back after falling over in a Baloo Bear costume.
That would have been enough, except that he is so fat to begin with that he couldn't get back up, and was simply lying there, legs and arms flailing and wriggling about, waiting to be set right again.
The Police got him back up, but never did get a coherent answer from Steph as to why he was wearing the costume.
They said later
'He wanted to be like us and walk like us, but unfortunately he couldn't talk like us'.
