26, being fed up of showering daily to get rid of the accumulation of dirt and grot has laminated himself.

Now its just a 30 second wipe over with a damp cloth in the morning. He is glossier than usual though.

TBT has been enthusiastically watching the canoe sprint K2 in the Olympics. So much so that he has joined the local canoeing club, only to find that he has a mountain to climb instead.
