Speicher can only see in monochrome. However, she has been unable to get the TV Licence people to agree to her only paying the black and white fee. She's feeling quite blue about this, but would be tickled pink if they changed their mind.

Dayvo has often started watching 'The Wizard of Oz' but never gets past the first couple of minutes because he is waiting until they show the colour version.

TVC'x TV broke in 1967 but he still thinks in monochrome... the constant synapse interactions fail to register that B+W aren't colours at and all he's experiencing are variable, notional light intensities.

Archie doesn't bother with these new fangled television box thingys, he much prefers his wireless.
