There's one component of that comment that's perfectly true

SP99 has no eyebrows, he has to mark them in every morning, and has great fun with different designs and colours.

Toshiba boy also has to draw in his eyebrows. He starts with the brow over his left eye, but spends too much time on that, and has to rush drawing the one over his right eye, it is not a patch over his left eye.

Speicher always paints in her eyebrows, unfortunately she draws them in too high, hence her permanently surprised expression.

For a couple of years in his late teens, Archie used his Mum's make up to draw in what he thought was a rather snazzy moustache. He didn't think anybody could tell it wasn't real, ahhh the innocence of youth.
