TVC still tries everyweek to say hidden at the deep end of the pool, in readiness for the ladies aquaerobics (sp?) class. He tells them every time that swimming up and down underwater, in between them is actually part of the pool maintenance programme, but they're really not that sure.

Archie was invited to pitch for some new public conveniences but his proposal got a bit 'creative', with an 8' cactus in the middle of the entrance and urinals wired up to the mains 'for a more exciting rest-room experience', which some dullard at the council decided would make them decidedly - in his humouressly expressed view - 'highly inconvenient.' No imagination these public officials. No spark, no sense of adventure. Back to the drawing board...

TVC went along to one of SP's public toilets, but got the wrong end of the stick, and caused great bemusement among the late night crowd, as he stood there with his labrador and collie.
