Rosie does like the trees, but that's far enough, little monkey

but when she gets to the end of her leash, if there's a resting spot she tries to turn around & can't understand why her claws don't turn backwards like squirrels & I have to help her down. she's good at realizing this & meows at me to help her

if she just goes up & backs down, she fine, even tho she complains w/ a special meow as she does so

I've had other cats go up trees, w/o leashes of course, & when they got stuck in a similar situation, I just waited for them to figure out how to turn around on their own. it can be a loooong wait, however

This young man went for his booster jabs today and got to meet Peter Wright the Yorkshire vet off the telly. However he preferred the vet who did his jabs as she gave him treats.😏

we've had other cats go up trees, w/o leashes of course, & when they got stuck in a similar situation, I just waited for them to figure out how to turn around on their own. it can be a loooong wait, however

hilarious. this morning Wifey & I had breakfast on the back patio. beautiful morning. decided to let the cat out, without the leash. thought she'd just hang out with us. hilarious. she sniffed around for a bit but quickly found herself up a tree & went pretty high up, past a fork where she usually rests. Wifey got upset but I assured her that there was nothing we could do for the cat. sure enough, the cat found her way down. I was so proud of her because she didn't get hung up at the fork for long, figuring out how to turn around & continue down backwards. the hilarity continued tho because we then had to catch it & bring it back inside
