Our cat's new favourite place to watch the street it seems. I know she's fine, after all she's a cat but it does make me nervous give it's two floors up. Still she walks along the 2" wide top of the back fence which has a 30' drop.

Cat looks so chilled and at ease, but it looks like a scary location!
I'd be tempted to make something to make the internal window sill wider.
