Having to replace tyres is a good thing, means I've covered great distances.
Old vs new Schwalbe Marathon Plus MTB.
I don't keep an accurate record of distance but estimate they last for ±15,000kms under a fully loaded rig.
The higher wear on one side is mainly due to road camber but I also know I don't balance in a perfectly vertical manner, irrespective of load. One leg heavier than the other perhaps 😉
