My Dad accidentally* hit me with a garden fork when I was 3 or 4. I was walking behind him (unknown to him) and he decided to swing it over his shoulder (as you do) and it narrowly missed my right eye, hitting me on the side of the nose instead and knocking me to the ground.
I still remember it happening, the exact spot it hit me and the low 'Bong' noise as it made contact with me.
I didn't realise the seriousness of it at the time, I wasn't even upset by it, but I do remember the look on my Dad's face when he turned round to see what he'd hit!
Needless to say, I never walked behind anyone brandishing a garden fork ever again (not that I think anyone would let me).
Nothing happened, I just thought I'd say, like.
* - At least I assume it was accidental!
