Any recommendations for a good supplement? I've just signed back up to the gym and due to working a 3 shift pattern I sometimes have to go to the gym before work. The job at work uses pretty much all the muscle groups i have been working a few hours prior. Really i need something that aids the soreness after, not a mass gainer! Yes i am fully aware of lactic acid and undertaking a cooldown etc but just need that extra something especially when i am slogging away on night shift.
