I was just about to start a thread on the same subject . Us mamils don't want to be lost in swan pictures and chit chat you know
Tested my knee today and got my best time around Richmond park . http://app.strava.com/activities/192561519/segments/4525476098
I got stuck behind a car on Dark hill and he only noticed me half way along the nice sprint section . He was on his own and singing along to Bruno mars or some other crap .
My legs hurt all the way around and i nearly puked about five minuets after I don't think im tt material but it was fun pushing myself .

@Fab Foodie good idea mate, if thats the case im winning up to now haha for about an hour till someone puts up a ride of 45 miles haha. But they can only be from now, what do you reckon !
