Powder coating RAL

I've seen bikes powder coated in a 3M type material, does anyone know the RAL for this...?
I've tried to research this but I'm struggling and our local coat place doesn't do it.
Should I just bite the bullet and buy some tape and job-jobbed....?

RAL is a colour coding system like BS 4800. It refers to the colour, not the type of paint.

What do you mean by 3M material? (Bearing in mind that 3M produce a huge range of different chemical and plastic products.)
