Just set my TT bike up with a stages pm and calibrated it with my garmin 1000 . When i went to put the readout on the main screen it gave me loads of options to choose from . Any tips on whats the best one to pick ?
As I am using mine as a training tool usually intervals of various lengths ,I have it set to display 3 sec and 10 sec average and lap average power. I reset the lap timer at the start and end of each interval. On endurance rides I try to keep the 10 sec + lap average on target and mostly ignore the 3 sec.
I've not used pm outdoors yet but at the moment IIRC, I have just 5 fields, Cadence, HR, 3 sec power, 30sec power and elapsed time. Once I have confidence in it I'll swap the HR field for something else.
