prescription cycling glasses

Without my glasses I'm near enough blind and I hate contacts so thats a no no. Is there anybody here that has a nice set of sports glasses with shaded lenses they got around east/central london?

I use Rudy Project Ketyum with inserts and they are fine (Varifocals.)

One word of caution....... when the insert is glazed it is in a "rest position" and the lenses are differently aligned when in the glasses.

Make sure all the measurements, mounting and alignments are done with the insert within the glasses.

Try and google 'Rudy Project Exception' or 'Rudy Project Perception'... very nice glasses imho, versatile, and can even be worn without the shades
