Is eVED one of the next things that could be used against EV adoption?
Proposed as 3p per mile tax for BEVs from 1 April 2028, with the rate cpi linked for 29/30 and future years.

For an EV owner driving an expensive vehicle for 20,000 miles per year, that would make the annual tax bill £200+£440+£600 = £1,240
