Prime RP disc brake wheels tyre width

I'm looking at these and they state a 16.5mm internal and 25mm external.

How wide do your tyres measure once fitted and inflated (ideally Conti Gp4000 in 25mm as that is what I use).

Any general experiences of the wheels would also be appreciated .

Judging by similar wheelset internal widths, your GP4000's will probably come in around 26mm
