Do many of your discussions on the nature of being end in bar fights?

For some strange reason most of my conversations end up in bar fights ;)

Quite like him and i personally find him easy to listen to and keep my attention, but If there was one person that had me hanging on every word then that have to be jacob bronowski when he did the ascent of man, saw it in the late 90's, dont think I've seen a series since that i enjoyed as much.

Ah yes - fabulous series (I have the book too). I can still hear his voice today.

I rather like Prof Cox. He makes physics more accessible to people. I had a great physics teacher at school which is why I got a grade A A Level in it. My friend Debbie, who was in a different stream to me, got a science teacher who was un-engaging to say the least and hates science in general but even she has found physics on the TV interesting.
She still doesn't believe me that Brian Cox was the keyboard player with D-Ream though, despite me finding bits of them on youtube for her.

Don't like his present series, it's too self indulgent. I like him in Monkey Cage and think he is very good on Stargazing Live, but in the battle of popular science presenters Prof Alice Roberts kicks his ar$e.
