I am a proud father today as my 16 year old daughter has just got back home from doing her first 4 hours of paid cafe work.

And she enjoyed it , which is good to hear

Unfortunately she lives with her mum so only stays at ours once or twice a week. But still a good idea

Now that was funny, very funny. My youngest just put £50,000 cash down on a house a few weeks after paying £10,000 for a car cash again. Tight does not even come into it, if he put his hand in his pocket and brought a round, well no point in thinking about it as it is unlikely to happen.

Yes I remember starting my paper round in the mid 1960's, I was paid 15 shillings a week and had to give my Mum 5 shillings board a week.
