A slightly surprising result given that nobody predicted today's winner, however the vast majority do bank plenty of points for Tarling being 2nd.

No real change to the PTP standings today. Week 2 gets properly underway tomorrow with S11 covering 186km from Viareggio to Castelnovo Ne' Monti. Looks like a good day for a breakaway but will the peloton agree?
