A few others that I remember using:
Half way between Thurso and Bettyhill, the Halladale Inn at Melvich
On Wormadale hill, Mainland, the Westings Inn
The Sligachan Hotel
The Helwith Bridge Inn, near Horton in Ribblesdale (basic)
The Lower Lode Inn, on NCN45, over the river from Tewkesbury
There's a riverside campsite in the field behind the New Harp Inn, Hoarwithy a few miles upstream of Ross on Wye, though it's nothing to do with the pub (basic)
The Bridge Inn, Michaelchurch Escley (12 km E of Hay on Wye).

The Red Lion, Wainlode Hill, and the Haw Bridge Inn (both on the river north of Gloucester) both have campsites attached, though they are too close to camp at, and I prefer other pubs to drink at, so no recommendation.

The Sligachan campsite is not part of the hotel, although not that far. I stayed there once, a pretty windswept location.

Nice loc, nice owners, great pub....however, the campsite is cut in half by a busy (B) road and you have to cross and walk 100m along it every time you need the loo/showers/washing facilities. Prolly not much to bother a tourer spending a night there, but we spent 3 days car camping and it'd started to drive us nuts pretty sharpish.

Are you not thinking of Bankhouse Campsite? That's the one opposite the Manifold Inn and is split by the B road. I don't go there, too posh and pricey for me . Hulme End is down the side road off the B road behind the Inn, doesn't do bookings, on spec only, no showers though.

My bad - I think you're right. I did google image Hulme End to check before posting as I knew they were a couple of sites there, and got pics of the Bankhouse one. I know which one you mean now.

Probably the Barge at Honeystreet, if it was right on the canal.

Stopped there a couple of times - nice pub, live music on Saturdays, maybe other nights too. They had some basement space they let us put the bike in too.
