Assuming you've not used or damaged them, CRC offer 365 day free collect+ returns if you need to change for something rise
Except the collect+ parcel size limit isn't big enough to take a wheel. Been there, done that, although it was a wrongly supplied rim in my case. The nice man at CRC sent his carrier in to collect it in the end, which was nice.

I've never had an issue. I returned a rim via collect+ recently, I've returned wire bead tyres that way too. Jobsworth retailer?

Hmm. Definitely was CRC. Tried 2 collect+ shops, both said it's too big. Their conditions say 60 x 50 x 50cm. Or as the man in the shop said "about the size of a box of crisps".

(Wire beaded tyre I would fold into three loops)

Tks guys for all the advise.

I came to understd there wasn't an issue with Shimano 11s, BUT not with 11-32 as it will hit the rear d. Next alternative will be 11-28 but I don't hv the legs to climb. I guess I keep the wheel, change my campy grp set to Ultegra. Fortunately its not very costly for the manual set. I'll ask whether CRC can offer a cheaper price.
