So bassically today. When I was cycling home from college.

Basically I stopped at a junction giving way to veichels but then a bus driver suddenly honked at me from behind me and I looked back and and bus driver honked again. There was a car pulling out from the left (faling to give way) so if I was to go when the bus driver honked I would of been hit. What the bus driver did I personally think this was very dangerous as he could of easily just waited in his first stop which wasn't that far from where this happend. Should I complain to the bus company or not? and what's your opinion on this?

Very difficult if it's just your word against his as to the exact nature of the incident. Most buses carry cctv, but I'm not sure if they would use it against their own driver. Are you sure he was honking at you?

You haven't really given enough details to say, but are you absolutely sure the bus driver might not have been trying to warn you not to set off?
Nope because I had my foot down so he could tell I was stopped. Also I've seen plenty of times just when I walk around town bus drivers seem to honk at other cyclists even though there not doing anything wrong and there's no dangers.
I think the best thing to do here is stay in front of the vehicle honking and shout back asking "what is the problem sir" and if you can't quite make out what the answers is just keep shouting "WHAT" ... "EH" ... "WHAT" . He can only honk his honker to warn you of something so don't move until you find out what he is warning you of, it could be important.
With the shouting I doubt they would hear you from a double decker bus. Also I thought flashing headlights is a warning of hazards and why would drivers warn you anyway as your on a bike so you can see all the hazards.
