Quick bike question

As I am sans bike. How high off the ground is the bottom of the rear triangle on a 56cm road bike?

I realise that it might vary slightly between makes.

The gap between the bottom bracket and the gound is 254mm on mine.

Ok, that's good news, I think.

I had my bike stolen last week from my garage, so I've just spent £85 on locks for the replacement. The D-Lock is 30cm long according to the site, and I'm estimating that the ring on the ground anchor must be at least 7cm off the ground. I'm just a little worried that it won't reach!
