Current Ribble frame is a 56cm top tube, with 11cm stem. So total 67cm. This is perfect reach.

In the kinesis frames I have two choices 54 or 57

54...has a top tube of 55.6, with an 11cm stem the total length is 66.6cm
More seat tube more spacers.

57... has a top tube of 56.8, with a 10cm stem the total is 66.8cm
Less seat tube, less spacers

So which should I choose seen as I can get the saddle and bars in pretty much the same position on either.

I'm 179.5cms, and Kinesis say the 57.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I was in the same position a few years back and the lbs advised me to get the 54cm and they haven't been wrong but I am a bit smaller than you, 5 foot 9.25 inch (176cm). If your leg length proportion/geometry etc is the same as mine I'd be tempted to go for the 57cm in your case.

Winstanleys recommended the 57.

Aint' heard back from Kinesis.

Leaning towards the 57 I think as maybe on teh 54 Id need a lot of seatpost and thus 30mm spacers as a min. Sound right?
