Sad news - every animal lover will mourn her passing

Lefty tighty. Get it righty.
I must have seen hundreds of photos of her in the papers over the years but I've never seen a single one of her films.
Same here.

I think that's because the majority (not all, but most) of her films were French language, so unless you're a fan specifically of French films of the 50s & 60s or a particular film is an absolute classic then you're not likely to have seen them.

Did you miss the reference?
Err No, Renaults tend to work & show France in a good light, as did Brigitte Bardot's films
Although DeGaulle was extremely glad to be in a Citroën when naughty people tried to punch his ticket.
But a 1960's DS with it's hydraulic suspension meant you could roll along with 3 wheels on your wagon, unlike the newer Picasso's with the headlights ECU programmed to the car it's fitted to & not replaceable, rendering it scrap!

Most of her films are pretty "meh" to be honest, but they're better than most of the films that "pinup" actresses were involved with.

Definitely an icon, for a variety of reasons, most of which would doom this thread to the horrors of NCAP...
