I have heard that warm diesel oil is what you should have used on top of your piston to free it up.

I have heard that warm diesel oil is what you should have used on top of your piston to free it up.

Yeah soon after I was advised to put coca cola in there someone else told me that was a stupid idea lol. I've had a few people tell me diesel is the best option so I will try flush the coke out and try that instead.

Take the cylinder head of and remove as much of the carbon build up as possible from the head and piston crown areas.
