After sympathising with all these tales of woe yesterday, I was almost got by a Range Rover this morning as the driver was in a such a desperate urge to pull out of his drive that he simply couldn't wait for me to pass - although it was an Evoque, so I'm not sure if that counts..?

Had some idiot in a range rover force their way past me on a quiet country lane last month. Back fired on them though when they tried to turn immediatly right whilst still poorly positioned from trying to force me off the road and got stuck in the junction.
Got a bit of a surprise when they tried to reverse to correct their error only to find me stood in their way ready to inform them of the error of their ways.
Could'nt have been more appologetic once I'd finished my rant^_^

I'd nip down there and give him a right 'rollocking' in front of his cronies. :cursing:
Had that opportunity at work....

In the Staff Room one lunchtime... Petrolhead had a go because I had "held him up" on the approach to the Hospital 'forcing him to overtake"

I left it, and came back a couple of minutes later with the GoPro...

Then took great delight in showing the video on the PC and asking whether the following were also my fault

1. I had forced him to pass so close
2. He really had to cut in so closely
3. Failing to stop at the red light
4. Cutting up the car in the outside lane as he overtook the stopped car to jump the red light on the wrong side of the road
5. Almost hitting the car legally exiting the junction

Apparently I had no right to record his driving and even less right to show his appalling (my words) driving to 20 of his colleagues.

Ah to have been a fly on the wall

I think that sometimes in their head they think to onlookers they must look like The Stig squeezing through an urban assault course. It's only when they actually see the view from outside they realise that they look a bit of a knob.

Reality hurts.

Dan B I had one of these. Same age and model. MOT man eventually told me he did not want to see it again. Off to the big site in the sky.Nostalgia.

He must have been late opening the salon.
