Just so that you know, as Rangers is an AIM listed company it is not the stock exchange that decides if someone is suitable to be on the main Board of Directors. The Nominated Adviser (in this case WH Ireland) decide if someone is, in their opinion, suitable. This follows an external report done by a firm like Kroll who investigate the individual's background. Having said that, I have never known a Nominated Adviser to decide that someone is not suitable.
The fact that Rangers is WH Ireland's client of course has no bearing on WH Ireland's decision as to whether someone is suitable or not![]()
