Don't forget the Ital, car that Ital Design had consulted upon but which jn the end received almost no input from them. They binned the ancient front suspension for McPherson struts, but it was still an utter piece of sheet.
Its astonishing to think that this hideous lash up survived two years past the date the then sublime and class leading J series Cavalier arrived on the scene. Ital 2.0 O series sheetbox, or a modern and lively Cav SRi? No choice at all really.

That's a hell of a price for that car I'd say! If I saw it without the price I'd be thinking probably 7 to 10 grand. It looks ok, but it has a look like its been restored by many, year after year. For that much money you could buy that 'super car' in post number 455 and have money left over for a Caribbean cruise!😉

I read earlier that the annual 'road tax' on those is £330, due to their high emissions engine! 😲 Heck, that's £40 more than I paid for my Fiat 500's insurance last April, and £295 more than I paid in 'road tax'!😯

Must admit I think I would choose the Yaris Gr over the Tr6 as well but I can't ever see me paying more than £6k for a car

I would too, and I say that as a fan of TRs in general (I’ve owned two). However, I don’t get the attraction of the TR6. It’s the least appealing of them all, with it’s slab sided panels and no character.
